Refund policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds for floral arrangements or products that have already been created. Once payment is made, your order is considered confirmed and production begins shortly thereafter.

  • No Refunds: All sales are final once payment is processed. We are unable to issue refunds for completed or in-progress arrangements.
  • Delivery Only: After payment, we can only proceed with delivery of the purchased items as agreed.
  • Order Changes: If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately after placing the order. While we cannot guarantee changes can be made, we will do our best to accommodate your request if the arrangement has not yet been created.
